WARRANTY FOREVER® IS POWERTRAIN COVERAGE that’s included with every qualifying new and pre-owned vehicle. Coverage lasts for as long as you own your vehicle. All you need to do is complete the customary maintenance outlined in your Warranty Forever® agreement and you’re covered FOREVER!
Duration
Warranty is valid from vehicle sale date through either the customer’s lifetime or until the customer no longer owns the vehicle.
Engine Coverage
Engine block and all internally lubricated parts, including crankshaft, rod and main bearings, cam bearings, expansion plugs, connecting rods, engine mounts, torque strut, wrist pins, pistons, piston rings, camshaft, cam tower, lifters, cylinder head, valves, guides and seats, valve springs, rocker arms, pushrods, timing chain housing, timing chain and sprockets, timing belt and pulleys, timing belt tensioner, intake and exhaust manifolds, eccentric shaft, flywheel/flex plate, balance shafts, harmonic balancer, crankshaft pulley, valve covers, oil pan, oil pump and pressure relief valve, engine oil cooler hoses, oil filter adapter/housing, fuel supply pump, vacuum pump, dipstick and tube, fasteners, and seals and gaskets for the components listed above.
Drivetrain Assembly
Front-wheel drive: Final drive housing and all internal parts, including carrier case, gear sets, chain and sprockets, bearings, bushings, axle shafts, hub bearings, propeller shafts, universal joints, drive shaft support, fasteners, seals, and gaskets.
Rear-wheel drive: Drive axle housing and all internal parts, including carrier case, gear sets, bearings, bushings, limited slip clutch pack, axle shafts, hub bearings, propeller shafts, universal joints, drive shaft support, fasteners, seals, and gaskets.
Transmission/Transfer Case/All-Wheel Drive Assembly
Covers the transmission case and all internal lubricated parts, including the oil pump, valve body, torque converter, main shaft, gear sets, bearings, bushings, seals, and gaskets. For manual transmissions, it includes the main shaft, gear sets, shift forks, and synchronizers. Transfer case coverage includes the case and internal parts like the main shaft, gear sets, and engagement components.
Coverage
The program provides coverage to the engine, transmission and drive axle components listed in the agreement for as long as you own your vehicle regardless of how long you own the vehicle and how many miles you drive.

A: There is no catch; this program is provided to you at no charge. The only requirement is that you follow the customary maintenance outlined in your agreement and keep records of all customary maintenance performed.

A: There is no deductible on the program. All parts and labor are covered 100%.

A: No, you are not required to pay for covered repairs out of pocket. All repairs are paid via credit card by the program administrator. However, all repairs must be authorized before being completed. Unauthorized repairs will not be covered.

A: You are required to maintain your vehicle in accordance with the customary maintenance outlined in your Warranty Forever® agreement.

A: Proper maintenance to any mechanical component is the best preventative measure in reducing future breakdowns. This is why you are asked to follow these guidelines.

A: Manufacturers require a minimum level of services to be performed, often listed in the owner’s manual. Driving and environmental conditions may demand additional services. While you are only required to complete the minimum services outlined in your agreement, it is strongly encouraged to follow your dealership’s recommendations for additional services.

A: No. All services must be performed by a professional service facility to ensure proper documentation and workmanship. See your Warranty Forever® agreement for complete details.

A: Any service facility licensed to do business. The facility must provide a detailed repair order with information about the services performed.

A: No, but it is strongly recommended. ASE-certified technicians ensure competency in many areas of the automotive industry. Look for facilities displaying the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence® logo.

A: You may use any licensed repair facility. Call 800-810-8458 to notify the program of the service facility of your choice.

A: Maintenance must be performed when the indicator signals you but cannot exceed the customary maintenance intervals outlined in your Warranty Forever® agreement.

A: You are required to keep records of all maintenance performed. Records must include the VIN, vehicle description, service date, and odometer mileage.

A: If you are within 150 miles of your selling dealer, you must have repairs performed at their facility. Beyond 150 miles, you may use any licensed repair facility. Contact the program administrator at 800-810-8458 for assistance. All repairs must be authorized prior to being completed.

A: This is for record-keeping purposes. The administrator will assist you in your dealer’s absence to ensure all maintenance requirements are met. You are not required to return to your selling dealer for scheduled maintenance.

A: Towing and rental car coverage is not provided by the Warranty Forever® agreement. However, an extended service contract may provide this coverage.
